Returns & Exchanges
At BVV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Receive Authorization
Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in their original packaging, include the RMA slip inside the box, and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
